A discreet auction (also called a silent auction) is paper based.

We can provide all items, run the auction and collect all money. We can also be responsible for delivery of all prizes.

Your guests will have a list of around 30 items from which to choose and on which they may make a bid. Each item will have a reserve price at or above which guests can bid.

The charity (or corporate or individual) will receive all funds collected over the reserve. There are no costs accruing to the charity running the event.

The items vary from restaurants, to yacht excursions, to golf venues, sports hospitality & occasionally signed memorabilia - but only if it is of exceptional quality. We try and arrange prizes of exciting variety which will appeal to all. We are also happy to include your own items in the auction.

The costs involved in the reserve will be totally transparent.
