Thanks for visiting Alchemy Charity Advisers. Alchemy Charity Advisers was incorporated, with immensely fine timing, at the height of the worst recession since the 1929 Wall Street crash. We thought that if it was so bad, then lots of people could do with a helping hand.

Scotland has some c. 20,000 + registered charities. Some do well, some survive and some do not do well at all. While you as a charity may feel you do well, or even quite well, it’s possible that you could do better or likely much much better.

How does it all work?

We shall meet with you in a briefing meeting. This will not have a cost. At the end of that meeting we shall tell you what we believe you need to do. This might involve you taking marginal steps and no more than that. Or we might advise you on how we or other professional associates might help you get to where you wish to get to. In providing this latter recommendation, we will provide you with an idea of how we would charge – and the benefit which we believe will accrue.

We believe that our recommendations should generate considerably increased efficiency and cash flow and hence a healthier financial position!

Alchemy’s key brand values are transparency & effectiveness. We have found that most charities which are potentially viable, have difficulty because they do not “utilse their assets”. We will guide you towards fulfilling this.
